Adult Nightclubs EXPO Goes International

In acknowledgment of the increased participation of international adult nightclubs at the Annual Gentlemen’s Club EXPO, show producers ED Publications are adding an “International Club of the Year” category into their prestigious industry Awards Show during this year’s 2015 EXPO.

The 23rd Annual Gentlemen’s Club EXPO will be August 23-26, 2015 at The Hilton Riverside in downtown New Orleans, just a few blocks from the world Famous
French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The EXPO—the multi-billion-dollar adult nightclub industry’s only national Convention and Tradeshow—has traditionally been held in Las Vegas, but moves to New Orleans for a change of pace.“In recent years we have had adult nightclub owners from Canada, Mexico, Panama, Europe and Australia attend the EXPO. And last year, a large contingent from Moscow not only attended, but used what they learned at the EXPO to start an association of adult club owners in their country” says ED Publisher Don Waitt.“We welcome and encourage show participation at the EXPO from club owners worldwide. For example, one of our exhibitors, The World’s Pageants, will be showcasing over a dozen of the top showgirls from Canada at the EXPO,” says Waitt. “In recognition of the huge adult nightclub market outside of the U.S., we have added an International Club of the Year category to the Annual ED Awards Show. Highlight events include the EXPO 2015 “Opening Night Bourbon Street Pub Crawl,” which begins with a one-hour reception at the host hotel (Hilton Riverside), followed by visits at four top New Orleans adult clubs—the Penthouse Club, Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club, Rick’s Cabaret and Babe’s Cabaret—each hour, on the hour, featuring complimentary drinks and a showcase performance by one of the industry’s top feature entertainers.

The Annual ED’s Awards, the adult nightclub industry’s only national awards show, finds a brand new home in the most historic theater in all of New Orleans—the Civic Theatre. Built in 1906, the Civic Theatre is a beautiful historic structure, and care has been taken at every step to preserve these details.

The final day of the show is a mix of business and pleasure. Following a morning of legal panels, the first annual “EXPOsed” Dancewear Fashion Show will be held on the Steamboat Natchez, the last authentic steamboat on the mighty Mississippi! EXPO attendees will take a two-hour, Cajun food-catered cruise on the Mississippi River on this legendary steamboat, which also boasts a large air-conditioned area in the center of the boat.
